Only On 9: Kidnapping, Rape Suspect Says Sex Was Consensual In Garvin Co.

What happened inside a Garvin County home resulted in one man being charged with Kidnapping and Rape. But this story starts far from that home, instead nearly two hours away.

For these allegations to start in Oklahoma City and end in a town of about 300 people, it left the Garvin County Sheriff's Office in near-shock.

"I'm, I'm… I feel like I...I just need to get to a hospital," said the victim on a 911 call.

The man you hear on the 911 call claimed to be the victim of Marshell Williams, who allegedly picked up the 21-year-old victim in downtown Oklahoma City and took him to the back roads of Hennepin and inside his home.

"It's really hard for me to talk about," said the victim.

The victim claimed he willingly got in Williams car at a homeless shelter after Williams promised work.

But instead police reports stated Williams held the victim against his will in his home overnight and raped him several times. That was until the victim escaped.

"I finally just ran out of the house as fast as I could,” said the victim.

Just a field away, the victim called 911 from a general store, and was taken to the hospital.

Police arrived and not long after Williams was arrested.

But Williams claimed he's innocent and was the victim of very smart drug addicts.

"(I told him) anytime you want to go back to the shelter, let me know. Never did he say Shawn, take me home," said Marshell Williams, who was arrested for Kidnapping and Rape.

Even when he got off the elevator, Williams continued his innocence.

"Consensual sex, man. The dude was overwhelmed by me, the farm, the trucks, the personality. I do not (feel like I did anything wrong). The only thing I did wrong was pick up a homeless kid who just got kicked out of the shelter and bring him to my home and entertained him the way he wanted," said Williams.

Williams was arraigned Tuesday on Forcible Sodomy, Rape with Instrumentation and Possession of Cocaine which was found at the time of arrest.
