Police are on the scene of a deadly shooting in northeast Oklahoma City, Thursday afternoon.
Officers were called out to the scene at the Access Medical Center, located near NE 23rd St. and MLK, just before 3:30 p.m.
At least one victim at the scene was transported to a local hospital where they were later pronounced dead. That person's identity has not been released at this time.
Investigators tell News 9 an altercation between two individuals at an Auto Zone in the area. The altercation continued across the street, in the parking lot of the Access Medical Center, where the fatal shots were fired.
Bill Allen lives nearby. “There we go again, it's Summer time. They all need to go to church and try to live right. And they wouldn't have all this confusion.”
Oklahoma City Police have not yet named the victim.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and a hat. The suspect was last seen on foot, running to the northwest.
