FROM KOTV
Many Oklahomans took advantage of the great weather Saturday and cleaned up debris from last month's winter weather.
Volunteers spent the day sprucing up trails near Keystone Lake. The area is home to thousands of trees some believed to me more than 400 years old.
Volunteer Maggie Vinson has seen something like this before. She studied the rain forest in Australia at the same time a hurricane wiped out thousands of trees. Despite the devastation, she says there's good news - nature will find a way to bounce back.
"Most of the trees will probably do alright unless if they've been split down the center or snapped off low to the ground," Vinson said.
