Ladies, a trip down the produce aisle holds some of the best kept beauty secrets. When it comes to your skin, there's no better pick than nutrient-rich berries.
Vibrant fruits translate to vibrant skin and better overall health when it comes to your body.
An article in Oxygen magazine offers up berries as the "10 minute beauty secret", starting with:
its antioxidants gives you healthy skin and a glow. They're also packed with vitamin C.
