Charges against two brothers accused of shooting 10-year-old Mack McCray have been dismissed. He was shot inside his home back in March of 2006 while he slept.
Police say Lamond and Ulyses Simpkins tried to retaliate against a rival gang member, but shot Mack.
Witnesses did not back up the story, now police are once again investigating.
