Weinermobile comes to OKC and Edmond

You know the jingle, maybe even own a whistle. Now's your chance to see the Oscar Mayer wienermobile in person.

The American icon is trekking across the country and making several pit stops in Oklahoma City and Edmond.

"The Oscar Mayer wienermobile has been around since 1936, touring all around the country," said Dan Olson, an Oscar Mayer 'HotDogger.' "This is one of six now that's going around and spreading miles of smiles."

    10 a.m. - 1 p.m.:  Homeland at 10700 S Penn. Ave., Oklahoma City

    2:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.:  Buy For Less, 1104 SE 44 St., Oklahoma City

Tuesday, March 4

    10 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Buy For Less, 3501 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City

    2:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Crest Foods at 2200 W 15 St., Edmond
