Storm front bypasses metro, blankets southeast Okla.

A slow moving winter weather system is affecting parts of southeast and eastern Oklahoma Thursday and will continue to do so into early Friday morning. 

Ardmore and McAlster could see significant amounts of snow, but mostly the system will remain in the southeast section of Oklahoma.  

The metro could see some light snow, but no significant amounts are likely.
