It's amazing the amount of nutrients found in a little cup of tea. Some reports tout certain teas are a sort of "cure alls," with specific types offering certain benefits over others.

In this month's issue of Fitness magazine affirms it's easy to get confused when shopping for tea, because there are so many types and all with different claims and benefits.

The magazine broke down some symptoms and the teas which can offer relief.

Feeling bloated? Drink peppermint or ginger tea. These teas relieve puffiness and can settle an upset stomach.

Stressed? Drink teas infused with chamomile, lemon balm, or lavender. These types can relieve anxiety and help you relax.

Feeling cranky? Teas with raspberry leaf, nettle, lemon balm and spearmint can help sooth menstrual cramps and irritability.

And all you need is one to two cups at a time and your symptoms should subside. Of course if it doesn't do the trick, you may need to check with your doctor to see if you have a more serious problem.
