A man was stabbed while using a northwest Oklahoma City pay phone. Francisco Rangel was approached by the suspect who asked him for money.
The suspect stabbed Rangel when he refused in the 3100 block of North Portland, police said.
"They said my brother was hurt and that's all said," family member, Daniel Rangel said.
"The people said they stole the car and put in a knife or something," family member Manuel Rangel said.
Police report the car was not stolen, and no one has been arrested.
Rangel was being treated at a local hospital and expected to fully recover.
