Hotels across the state are quickly filling with people in need of a place to stay due to the ice storm. Some in the metro area are full tonight.

People are coming from surrounding cities to find shelter.

The Rausch family came from Harrah to an Oklahoma City hotel as a last option tonight after losing power early this morning.

"We had called all over town and couldn't hardly find anything," family member, Lovette Rausch said.

Price gouging at local hotels has already been reported.

Price gouging occurs after a 10 percent or greater price increase after an emergency. To report evidence of price gouging, call the Attorney General Consumer Protection hotline at 405-521-2029.
