Barry Bonds is in hot water again. This time, it's for his representation in court.
The baseball most likely future hall of famer allegedly lied to a grand jury and is now facing charges of perjury and obstruction of justice. According to the federal judge overseeing his trial, two of Bonds' attorneys have a conflict of interest. There, the case falls apart.
Bonds' lawyers, including Cris Arguedas, has represented potential witnesses and may not cross examine as fiercely as they should.
"I don't think anyone thinks there are any problems associated with this and I think you saw that in court," Arguedas said.
The judge is set to rule on this issue after Bonds hands in a written declaration by January fourth.
