Attorney dies in crash; Law partner jailed

A Tulsa attorney is dead and his law partner arrested for manslaughter following a one-car crash on a city street.

Police said Andre Carolina died after the car in which he was riding crashed while apparently racing another car.

Officers later arrested Kenneth Morgan on a first-degree manslaughter complaint and said he admitted he was racing when he lost control of the car.

The two worked at the Carolina & Morgan law office in Tulsa.
