The recent ups and downs in our temperatures are causing problems for those who suffer with allergies. Doctors say the spells of warm weather we have been having cause cedar trees to begin to pollinate. The pollination could cause runny noses and watery eyes.

"The cold front coming through is going to help people with these seasonal symptoms," Dr. Warren Filley of Oklahoma Allergy & Asthma Clinic said. "But, unfortunately when it warms up again, the trees are going to pollinate."

Dr. Filley suggests those with symptoms be sure to use their allergy pills and nasal sprays everyday while there are high counts, and of course if that doesn't seem to offer much relief you may be a candidate for allergy injections.
