Two members of the Oklahoma State Congress are asking FEMA for an explanation on how the agency makes disaster aid decisions.

FEMA recently denied Governor Henry's request to help Oklahoma and Tulsa county residents with uninsured losses in last month's ice storm.

Senator Tom Coburn and Representative John Sullivan sent a letter to FEMA officials yesterday asking the agency to comply with a new law that seeks greater transparency in FEMA's decisions.
