Woman desperately searches for her horses

A Payne County woman is desperately searching for her beloved horses. She said they were stolen right off her land, while she was in the hospital fighting the battle of her life.

Lynne Neveu lost her two prized possessions, her horses Maggie and Dharma.

"I understand that somebody came here, picked up a couple of my horses, drove a trailer on my property, loaded them up and then has just taken them away from me," Neveu said.

Darma is pregnant. Neveu said she's about a month away from delivery and fears for her safety.

Neveu been searching for her horses the only way she know how, spending hours online posting pictures and sending out emails for help.

When the horses were stolen, Neveu was in the Hospital fighting for her own life. That's because for the past two years, Neveu has been battling a cancer that's spread to her liver.

"I have dealt with a lot, I can deal with a lot, but not when it comes to my horses," Neveu said. "Do what you want to me, but do not hurt my horses."
