Green Goddess Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup bottled Green Goddess Salad Dressing
1/2 cup water
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
3 oz. sun dried tomatoes, cut into thin slices
1. Prepare a glass baking dish by spraying with cooking oil spray.
2. Set oven to 350 degrees.
3. Place chicken breasts in pan and arrange artichoke hearts and tomatoes on top.
4. Mix dressing with water and pour evenly over the chicken.
5. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until chicken is done.
