Kamela Gamble of Kams Kookery joins Jennifer Eve to create a healthy version of both salsa and guacamole.

Kam's Guacamole

2 large avocados (or enough to make 1 cup mashed)
1 cup pico de gallo (purchase or click here for homemade version)
salt and pepper
fresh cilantro, chopped

1. Mix 1 cup mashed avocado with pico de gallo.
2. Season with salt, pepper and fresh cilantro to taste.
8 Servings (each serving approximately 3 tablespoons)
