Tulsa man with tuberculosis still missing

The search continues for a Tulsa man considered to be a public health risk.

Authorities say Clarence Chaplin has tuberculosis and has refused to get treatment.

A judge has ordered him to be quarantined at the Tulsa County Jail.

Tuberculosis attacks the lungs and is spread through the air. It can be easily cured but if not treated, it can be deadly.
