This week jurors will decide what punishment convicted killer Kevin Underwood will face.
He was found guilty of first-degree murder last Friday in the death of 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin. The jury deliberated for 20 minutes before coming back to the courtroom with the guilty verdict.
If the jury takes the prosecution's advice, Underwood could face the death penalty.
NEWS 9 will continue to cover this case in detail throughout the week.
