County deputies have released new details on a body that was found at the Trice Hill Cemetery on Northeast 50 and Coltrane Road.

Earnestine Vontress is still coping with the realization of losing her son.

"It don't seem real I'm expecting him to walk through that door any minut," Vontress said.

Oklahoma County Sheriff Investigators said the death of Don Rogers, 46, is suspicious. Sheriff's investigators found his partially clothed body near a gravesite along with some of his belongings.

Rogers didn't have a perfect past. An arrest warrant was issued for Rogers Tuesday morning. He'd recently served time in jail on burglary charges.

The ex-marine's mother also said he suffered from schizophrenia and was on medication. But physically, the father of two was in great shape.

Vontress wants to make sense of her son's untimely death.

Investigators are waiting for the final medical examiner's report for the exact cause of death. That could be ready next week.
