The makers of the herbal formula Airborne are refunding customers over $23 million in purchasing costs.

The original packaging of the herbal formula called itself the "miracle cold buster," which many found to be false advertising. After a class action lawsuit was filed against the manufacturer, the makers of Airborne settled out of court.

Consumers who purchased Airborne between 2001 and 2007 can submit claims for reimbursement by September 15, 2008.
