Fire near propane tanks scares residents

Firefighters responded to a grassfire near Reno and Lottie Avenue in Northeast Oklahoma City.

At 4:30 p.m., firefighters were putting out the last of the fire.

Responders said they were worried at one about some very large propane tanks near the fire. Those tanks no longer pose a threat.

Officials said the fire started when a truck was unloading scrapmetal.
