Man arrested for allegations of rape, maiming

The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office Warrant Squad arrested Randy Quincy Sheppard Wednesday on allegations of rape and maiming.

Sheppard, 39, was wanted on a warrant for three counts of first-degree rape and one count of  maiming. He was wanted in connection with three separate incidents and was on the county sheriff's Most Wanted list.

Deputies said they found Sheppard in an apartment at 1260 SW 74 street.

He surrendered without incident, and is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Jail on $315,000.00 bail.
