Panko Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken
1 pkg Roland Panko Bread Crumbs (available at Buy For Le$$)
_ C vegetable oil
1/8 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 eggs mixed with º C milk
2 8oz breasts of chicken

Lemon Garlic Butter
Juice of 1 lemon
2 T butter
1 t chopped garlic
1 t chopped parsley

Preparation

To cook chicken:
Dip chicken into egg mixture then coat in Panko Bread Crumbs. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. SautÈ in oil until firm to touch.

To make Lemon Garlic Butter:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic to melted butter; stir until you can smell the garlic cooking. Squeeze in lemon juice.

Top cooked chicken with Lemon Garlic Butter.
