Firefighters are trying to figure out who started a three-alarm fire Friday at a northeast Oklahoma City apartment complex.
The blaze began about 5 a.m.in a second floor unit, but no one was inside, officials said.
Resident Latasha Rogers said she was across from the burning build.
"The fire was so bad," she said. "We could actually feel the heat coming from the flames. I mean, it was hot."
This was the second fire at the apartment complex in two weeks. Firefighters said the two are not related.
