Talking to your kids about the birds and the bees is not always an easy conversation. But a recent study indicates that the conversation is a must, especially for girls. Its findings were that nearly one in four girls in Oklahoma has a sexually transmitted disease.

Claudia San Pedro, Chair-Elect of the Women's Foundation of Oklahoma, came to the NEWS 9 studio with some ways to break the ice with your kids.
