Well we are half over with the MFC and man time is flying! It hardly seems like we have been on track to our new lifestyles for six weeks already, but hey, the results aren't lying. We are all losing and that is awesome!!!!
I wanted to state this goal and get it out there so I can let others in on my personal goals for the ending six weeks of the MFC. I am within striking distance of losing enough weight to get below 300 lbs, and it is totally attainable within the time line I have left. So there it is I don't care if it's 299.9 or not, just to be below 300 lbs would be such an overwhelming accomplishment for me that it would be hard to comprehend, but so exciting.
Christyn and I are doing good, we are working really hard and we have our days where we don't eat as well as we should, but then we go and we make up for that in our workouts LOL!! But seriously, wanted to note something and that is not only have I seen a great change in our physical appearance, but our strength and stamina have really increased. And it's fun to see what you can do now versus what you were able to do back when we were so heavy.
This weekend I pulled a bunch of shrubs and bushes out of the front yard in my feeble attempt at landscaping ha-ha, and before I would not have been able to finish that project in one day but I had everything I wanted to do done and made a trip to the dump to get rid of it all before noon, and still went and worked out after that. Amazing!!!!
This weekend we are taking part in the Heart Walk and can't wait, I look forward to meeting any and all of you who are taking part in this and please feel free if you see us out there to ask us questions or anything!!!
