The state House will vote Wednesday on whether to make English the state's official language.

Senate Bill 163, if approved, would end bilingual driver's license testing, bilingual state signs and state agency recordings in languages other than English.

If the legislation passes through the House, voters will have their say on the bill in a statewide vote in November.
