Bogus phone number targets mis-dialers

Some are calling it a deceptive trick, and it may have some signing up for a television service they don't really want. Consumer Watch's Amanda Taylor tells us.. a company has taken a government phone number and changed it ever so slightly in hopes that for a mis-dial.
