MOORE, Okla. -- Authorities in Moore say a substance that spilled from the open door of a passing train and led to the closing of an intersection turned out to be flour.

Deputy Fire Chief Gary Bird says the intersection of Main and Broadway was closed for 30 to 45 minutes Thursday morning after a white substance was seen spilling from the train.

Bird says the train didn't stop but has been found and the substance was confirmed as flour. He said he didn't know which rail company owns the train.
