Coca Cola honors Midwest City student

Midwest City High School student, Sevanna Petricek is being recognized from the Coca Cola Scholarship Foundation. Petricek visited with the NEWS 9 team from Atlanta, where she'll interview one last time with Coca Cola to determine how much she'll receive in scholarship funds.

Midwest City High School student, Sevanna Petricek is being recognized from the Coca Cola Scholarship Foundation.

The senior serves as the captain of the basketball team and vice president of student council of her high school.

A burn survivor, she's now helping others who have suffered through a similar experience.

Petricek visited with the NEWS 9 team from Atlanta, where she'll interview one last time with Coca Cola to determine how much she'll receive in scholarship funds.
