1 C fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
1 C fresh raspberries, whole or halved
1 C fresh blueberries, whole or halved
1 palm full of fresh mint leaves
2 t. sugar
Combine all ingredients and let rest on the counter or in the refrigerator for one hour.
Eat as a fresh fruit salad or use as a topping for angel food cake or pound cake.
