A bowl of Special K berries or Basic 4 cereal with 1%milk at 7:30am

1 can cherry coke zero

  

Snack

Munch on some grapes or eat an orange some kind of fruit at 10 a.m. 

  

Lunch

A lean cuisine

  

Dinner

Grilled chicken breast with a vegetable glass of Iced Tea with splenda and for desert I felt the need for a 100 calorie chocolate pudding.
