An Oklahoma City repairman has been sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay more than $44,000 in restitution on charges of home repair fraud.

Alfred Soulek was sentenced Wednesday to a five-year deferred sentence with 90 days to serve. He also was ordered to pay $44,000 in restitution, a $1,000 fine and $600 victim-compensation assessment.

Soulek pleaded guilty in January to six counts of violating the Consumer Protection Act.

There was no answer Wednesday at the law office of Soulek's attorney.

Attorney General Drew Edmondson says after Soulek was charged in October 2006, nine more victims came forward.

Soulek operated his business under the names A-1 Windows and Siding and Total Exterior Designs.
