Second woman arrested in park shooting

A second woman has been arrested in the shooting death of an 18-year-old at a southeast Oklahoma City park.

Vontina Diane Tyler, 24, was being held Wednesday in the Oklahoma County jail on a first-degree murder complaint.

Tannisha Jones was arrested last week on a first-degree murder complaint.

Witnesses told police that Jones handed Tyler the weapon on April 27, the night Shonda Hamilton was gunned down at North Highland Park. According to an arrest warrant filed Monday, the two suspects had been fired at following an argument with Hamilton and some friends in the park.

The warrant says Tyler and Jones left, but returned and allegedly opened fire on Hamilton, killing her.
