I didn't know much about Martial Arts before I did the story called, "Classes teach students to fight back, no violence included." But now I know, by learning Martial Arts, you can make a difference.

Interviewing one of the instructors of a Tae Kwon Do class in Oklahoma City, I realized, they're not only teaching self-defense, they're teaching self-discpline. It's about controlling the situation you're in by your actions. Since we all know, we cannot control the actions of others. It's a good lesson for children on the playground, and it's also a good lesson for adults in the workplace. If you are disciplined, it will make a difference in your life, for the better!

After shooting the interviews and video in the Martial Arts studio for the story, I thought it would be really neat to be a black belt! Who knows, maybe I'll start taking Tae Kwon Do lessons? If I can squeeze them in, I know, it will make a difference!
