Teen murder suspect turns himself in

Julian Manzano turned himself in to the Oklahoma County Jail this morning after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection to the April killing of Angel Ramirez, Oklahoma City police said.

Julian Manzano, 16, turned himself in to the Oklahoma County Jail this morning after a warrant was issued for his arrest, said Oklahoma City police.

Manzano was wanted on allegations of first-degree murder in the killing of 17-year-old Angel Ramirez on April 6, 2008.

Ramirez was standing outside his house in the 5520 S. Pennsylvania Ave. at around midnight on April 6 when a car passed by and its occupants began shooting, police said.

Ramirez was shot and later died at a local hospital.
