Vehicle roof strength questioned

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is expected to generate new standards for vehicle roof strength by the end of this month.

But safety advocates are concerned the standards won't be strong enough.

Senators held a hearing on the subject last week and key senators warned that Congress would act if the regulations aren't tough enough.
