Apartment fire blazes through night

A fire at an apartment complex in southwest Oklahoma City kept firefighters busy overnight.

A blaze broke out at the Brookwood Village Apartments at SW 90 Street and Western Avenue about 4 a.m., fire officials said.

Fire officials said it started outside on a balcony and spread into the attic.

A firefighter did get overheated while battling the blaze but didn't suffer any major injuries.
