CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Chattanooga police are investigating a possible case of human trafficking.

Officers said Friday a Hispanic couple reported that they had been kidnapped in Oklahoma where their families were told to pay $15,000 for their freedom.

The couple said they were then transported to Chattanooga, where they said they escaped.

No one has been arrested.

Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement joined the investigation.
