Teenager arrested in apartment complex shooting

A Midwest City teenager was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this week.

Police arrested Justin Ray Sullivan, 18, on a first-degree murder complaint. He's accused of killing Larell Kemp, 16.

Kemp died Monday morning at an Oklahoma City hospital after being shot at the Orchard Spring Apartments on Sunday night.

Police said a fight broke out in the complex's courtyard.

Witnesses identified Sullivan as the shooter, police said.
