Operation Boot Camp - Days 20 & 21
This weekend I took it easy with my Saturday homework being a 20-minute jog and Sunday's was 150 squats and 75 push-ups. My legs were really burning by the 75th squat, but a month ago they would have been burning on my tenth squat, so I feel like I'm really accomplishing things. To make that homework more bearable, I did 50 squats then 25 pushups. I repeated that pattern until I completed the task. The first 25 push-ups were standard push-ups, but the last 50 I had to use my knees.
