MIDWEST CITY, Okla. -- Investigators said a shooter used a pellet gun and fired at an Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office substation Saturday night.

Dispatchers at the substation on SE 29 said the shooting happened around 10:15 p.m.

Officials believe the suspect shot at the building from his car.

In some surveillance video, a truck pulls into the parking lot of the building shortly after the shooting.

Dispatchers were inside working and no one was hurt.

"Not only is this criminal, but you're also placing the safety of people at risk, people who are out there trying to secure the county and make sure the county is safe," said Mark Myers, who works in the OKC County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators want to talk to the driver of the truck seen in the surveillance video.

The driver is not a suspect, but may have witnessed something.

The shooter could face a felony charge of using a vehicle to facilitate a drive-by.
