Operation Boot Camp, Month 2 - Days 13 & 14
I tried to get to the makeup session on time Saturday, but missed it by about a minute. Not wanting to disrupt the workout or make anyone else pay for my tardiness, I went back home and did a homework assignment instead.
As for Sunday, I found a way to healthy way to make a food I miss - pizza. I got some whole wheat flatbread (found it in the deli section of Crest Foods in Edmond), spread some pizza sauce on it, then topped it with mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers and skim mozzerella cheese. I put it on a cookie sheet and baked it at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. It was actually pretty good! The "crust" was crispy and the veggies were filling.
