Man jailed in nightclub slaying

A 32-year-old man has been arrested in Oklahoma City in connection with the shooting death of a Texas man at an Oklahoma nightclub, police said.

Kevin Shoals is facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Jarvis McCarty, 20, who was shot early Sunday during an altercation at a nightclub in Grant, Okla., police said.

McCarty later died at a Hugo hospital.
