3 Eggs (beaten)
2 Slices of Bacon (diced, or any other meat or vegetables desired)
2 Mushrooms Sliced
2 ounces of Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons of clarified Butter
Sauté Bacon and Mushrooms in Butter for 2 minutes, add Eggs cook and scramble center slightly, flip omelet and cook until eggs are completely done, top with Cheese and fold onto plate.
