The Jenks quarterback situation has hit a new quandary. Junior signal caller Beau Marsaln will not be able to participate with the Trojans football team until his family officially moves into the Jenks School District.

Marsaln played football for Blackwell High School last year and his family is in the process of closing on their house, according to football coach Allan Trimble.

Trimble says the ordeal could be sorted out Wednesday afternoon when the OSSAA and Jenks athletic director Tony Dillingham meet.

No starter has been named for the 2008 season.
