Oklahoma takes bridge plea to D.C.

WASHINGTON -- Oklahoma Department of Transportation Director Gary Ridley testified before a congressional committee Wednesday.

Ridley addressed the condition of the state's bridges and he also talked about the federal trust fund issue that has cut funding for state highway improvement projects.
