Former police chief could face charges

OKLAHOMA CITY -- OSBI is looking into new allegations against a former police chief whose 3-year-old grandson accidentally shot himself Monday.

Investigators believe Jeff Tucker took numerous guns belonging to the Forest Park department.

Authorities said seven loaded rifles and pistols were taken from the bedroom where the 3-year-old was killed.

Tucker said he paid for the guns but has misplaced records to prove his claim.

Midwest City Police said they will turn over their findings to the District Attorney's office who will decided if any criminal charges will be filed.
