Father found guilty for four felonies

GRADY COUNTY, Okla. -- A Grady County jury took just one hour to find an Oklahoma father guilty of four felonies.

Robert Cook was accused of a plot to kill his ex-wife. Cook abducted his children in January and plotted with his mother to kill his former wife.

Wednesday afternoon, Cook was sentenced to 27 years in prison and forced to pay a $5,500 fine.

Cook's mother, Minnie Cook, will go on trial to face her charges next week.
